Sign up for Afterglow Practice

Afterglow Practice is self-service. You can create a workspace in under two minutes from the public sign-up page, and you’ll start a 21-day free trial with full access to every feature on your chosen plan.

What you’ll need

  • A work email address. We’ll send a verification link to it.
  • A name for your practice — usually your own name or your clinic name. You can change it later in Admin → Account → Profile.
  • A choice of plan. You can switch plans at any time during or after the trial.

The sign-up flow

The wizard has three steps. Your progress is saved as you go, so closing the tab partway through won’t lose your answers.

Step 1: About your practice

Tell us a few things so we can tailor your trial:

  • Your name — How you’d like to be addressed inside Practice.
  • Practice name — The name your clients will see.
  • Country and time zone — Used for reminders, reports, and your billing currency.
  • Specialty — A short list (e.g. nutrition, psychotherapy, coaching). You can refine this later.

Step 2: Choose a plan

Pick the plan that matches how you work today. The plan controls which features your trial includes — for example, AI journal insights are part of the Growth plan and above.

  • Starter — Solo practitioners getting started. Manual journaling, basic homework, no AI insights.
  • Growth — The most popular plan. Adds AI insights, larger client limits, and richer reporting.
  • Scale — Multi-practitioner clinics with shared client pools and advanced reporting.

You aren’t charged anything to start a trial. You can change plans freely until the trial ends.

Step 3: Create your account

  • Email — Where verification, billing, and platform notifications go.
  • Password — Minimum 12 characters with a mix of letter cases and a number.

Submit the form and we’ll send a verification email to the address you provided.

Open the verification link in the email. The link is valid for 24 hours; if it expires, request a new one from the sign-in page.

After you click the link:

  • We provision your workspace.
  • We seed a Demo Patient — a sandbox client account you can use to experience the full coach-and-client flow before inviting real clients.
  • We sign you in and take you to your welcome page.

The first time you land in Practice, the page greets you with a single recommended next step based on where you are in onboarding. See Trial & subscription for a full tour of what you can do during your trial.

What if something goes wrong?

  • The email never arrived. Check your spam folder. If it’s still missing after a few minutes, return to the sign-in page and click Resend verification email.
  • The verification link says it’s expired. Sign in to request a new one — your draft sign-up is preserved for 24 hours.
  • You used a disposable email address. We block known disposable-email providers (sites like Mailinator, Guerrilla Mail, etc.) to keep workspaces tied to real practitioners. Sign up again with a permanent address.
  • The form told you the country isn’t supported. Afterglow Practice is rolling out region by region. Email sales@afterglow.ag and we’ll let you know when your region opens.
