User Roles
Afterglow uses a role-based access control system. Each user is assigned one or more roles that determine what they can see and do across the platform.
Role overview

Backoffice access
Section titled “Backoffice access”The Backoffice is accessible to users with the Admin or SuperUser role. These users can manage content, users, billing, and platform configuration.
Practice access
Section titled “Practice access”Practice is accessible to users with the Coach or Admin role. Coaches can manage their clients, bookings, and practice settings.
Mobile app access
Section titled “Mobile app access”All roles have access to the mobile app. The features available within the app depend on the user’s role and the tenant’s configuration.
