Introduction

Afterglow is a digital wellbeing platform that helps organizations support their people through structured content, journaling, coaching, and community features.

This documentation is written for administrators and coaches who manage an Afterglow environment. It covers the two main web applications and the mobile app:

  • Backoffice — The admin dashboard for managing content, users, billing, notifications, and platform configuration.
  • Practice — The coaching interface for managing clients, bookings, and coaching practice settings.
  • Mobile App — The end-user mobile app experience, so administrators understand what their users see on iOS and Android.

Use the sidebar to navigate between sections. Each section corresponds to a feature area in the application. You can also use the search bar at the top to find specific topics.
