Practice Overview
Practice is the dedicated interface for coaching professionals on the Afterglow platform. It provides tools to manage clients, track consent, handle bookings, and configure your coaching practice.
Who has access?
Section titled “Who has access?”Practice is available to users with one of the following roles:
- Coach — Full access to coaching tools and client management.
- Admin — Full access to Practice alongside Backoffice access.

Consent model
Section titled “Consent model”A core concept in Practice is client consent. Before a coach can access a client’s information (such as journal entries or progress data), the client must explicitly grant consent through the mobile app. This ensures privacy and trust in the coaching relationship.
Feature areas
Section titled “Feature areas”Practice is organized into two main sections:
Coaching
Section titled “Coaching”- My Clients — View and manage your assigned clients and their progress.
- Consent Status — Track which clients have granted or revoked consent.
- Notifications — View coaching-related notifications and updates.
My Practice
Section titled “My Practice”- My Profile — Manage your coach profile, bio, and specializations.
- Bookings — View and manage coaching session bookings.
- All Coaches — Browse other coaches on the platform.
